Izzypoopah is a small business company that values not only your safety in purchasing but also your privacy and right now we have no need to collect any kind of information except those that are required for billing and delivery of products ordered. Should the business grow in the future and would require demographic information to help identify customer interests, rest assured you will be notified.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, Izzypoopah will accept returns on any merchandise that is in the same "new" condition with tags attached, in its original packaging within 7 days from receipt of purchase. All returns must be shipped with insurance and tracking number to the return address provided in the package. You will kindly provide Izzypoopah with the tracking number via email: izzypoopah.orders@outlook.com. Return purchases that are not in the same condition as mentioned will not be accepted. Tracking numbers help both the business and the customer in case the mail gets lost. Refunds will be issued to the customer upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise less the original shipping fee. Refund of gift purchase will be issued to the original buyer. Izzypoopah values your business and your happiness with your purchase is deemed the greatest compliment!
All purchases will be shipped 1-3 business days either via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground complete with insurance and tracking number which will be provided to you. You will be notified when your item has already shipped or in the event that shipping is delayed. Shipping upgrades are available if desired. All international order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate with insurance. Please note that the delivery of all international orders may take between 2-3 weeks from the date the package ships and there may be delays depending on each country's customs. Buyer will be responsible for any fees and duties associated with respective buyer's country's customs. Izzypoopah will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen AFTER it has been delivered by carrier to the address indicated at the time of purchase for both domestic and international orders. Izzypoopah guarantees that all merchandise shipped are new and in good condition unless damaged in shipment. Izzypoopah values its integrity. Merchandise damaged during shipment should be the responsibility of the carrier so be careful to note your package for any damage in the original packaging.~
